Homicide Desk Links Hub
Steam, Discord, YouTube, support, and the wiki pages detectives actually need.
This page is the switchboard for Homicide Desk: official store and studio URLs first, then community channels, then wiki routes. Shu’la Lab LLC shipped the game on Steam on September 1, 2026. This wiki is unofficial. Patches, refunds, and store copy always win over a fan page. Confirm a build on the Steam store before you treat a bug write-up as current.
Official store and studio
- Steam store — Homicide Desk — Windows purchase, 17 percent intro offer through 15 September 2026 at launch, achievements, Cloud, Family Sharing.
- Steam news hub — launch post, 1,000-players note, public patches. Iraqi and saioufe post here.
- Steam discussions — threads the developers actually scan.
- Homicide Desk on shulalab.com — studio game page.
- Shu’la Lab site — studio home and support entry.
- devs@shulalab.com — mail for bugs the store page cannot answer.
The demo remains Steam app 4983690 (the tutorial robbery retail keeps as Case #000, The Pawnshop Key). If you own the full game, update retail; you do not need the demo depot.
Community channels
- Discord — crashes, a black screen after 1.3.7, or leftover
ollama.exeafter 1.3.9. Include Windows version, GPU, and the build number on the desk. - YouTube channel UC2FzZp7-AKFgYg8bWQ_XfBA — official announcement trailer. This wiki does not invent video IDs.
- TikTok @shulalabllc — short clips, not a changelog. Treat Steam news as the source of record.
Do not paste save files or interrogation logs into public Discord with names you would not want indexed. The model is local; your screenshots do not have to be.
How to report a bug
Update first. Launch week shipped a black-screen hotfix, then 1.3.4, 1.3.7, 1.3.8 (translations), and 1.3.9 (quit process). An old depot is the most common “still broken” report — skim patch notes. Verify game files. Note whether the window is black, whether ollama.exe / llama-server.exe stays after quit, and whether Case #000 overlays are still English after 1.3.8. Send that package to Discord or devs@shulalab.com. Steam discussions work if you want a public thread. Hardware questions belong on system requirements before “won’t launch” becomes a unique defect.
Refunds and payments go through Steam Support, not studio mail. This wiki cannot process a refund.
Wiki map (play pages)
Use these when you already own the game and need a mechanic, not a URL.
- Guides Hub — how-to index.
- Getting Started — first boot, Case #000, desk OS.
- Settings and languages — ten languages, audio, demo versus retail.
- Achievements — named Steam unlocks, no Case #001 killer.
- Interrogation — free-text questions, evidence presents, lawyer-up risk.
- Forensics — lab puzzles, UV, chromatograph, photo work.
- Walkthrough Hub — case process without dumping Case #001’s killer.
- Training case — The Pawnshop Key public close.
- The Overtime — Case #001 setup only.
- Charging — arrest warrants and Internal Affairs.
- Tools Hub — checklists and utilities.
- System requirements — Windows floor, ~13 GB install, local model.
- Local interrogation model — ollama.exe, privacy, 1.3.9 quit.
- Updates Hub — launch recap and undated promises.
- Homicide Desk patch notes — 1.3.x version record.
- Homicide Desk review — buyer’s guide, not a 10/10 ad.
English is the root. French, German, and Spanish use prefixed URLs generated from the same paths. Do not hand-write /fr/ into an English bookmark; the language switcher handles that.
What this hub is not
It is not a Trello. Shu’la Lab has not published a dated roadmap — only that new cases, tools, and apps are planned. It is not a spoiler dump of who to charge. Named Steam unlocks live on achievements. It is not a script host. Support the Steam store if you intend to play. When a new official URL appears, it will be added here. Until then the five that matter are Steam, Discord, YouTube, shulalab.com, and devs@shulalab.com.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for detectives still on the clock.
Is this wiki official?
No. It is a fan-made resource. Shu'la Lab LLC owns Homicide Desk. Use Steam news and devs@shulalab.com for authoritative patch and support answers.
Where should I report a black screen or leftover ollama.exe?
Update first (1.3.7 for black screens, 1.3.9 for the quit process), then Discord or devs@shulalab.com with your build number. Details are on the patch notes page.
What is the official Discord?
https://discord.gg/BsfKqmXKJm — linked from the Steam store. Beware unofficial invites that do not match that slug.
Does Shu'la Lab have a public Trello?
No public Trello is listed. Roadmap language lives in Steam news: more cases, tools, and apps, without dates. Track that on the Updates Hub.
How do I contact support?
Game bugs: [devs@shulalab.com](mailto:devs@shulalab.com) or Discord. Payments and refunds: Steam Support. Studio web: https://www.shulalab.com.
Where do I start if I already bought the game?
Getting Started for the desk, then interrogation and forensics. Keep patch notes open until you are sure you are on 1.3.9 or newer.
